Jess is a good friday of mine. She is the most creative person and has a contagious laugh. I was so happy when she contacted me to do photos for her new pursuit as a Life Coach. She really wanted me to capture her so that her clients could see her personality. Yup- I made her dance. We have fun in my studio… I’m know Jess felt silly doing this… but I love how it turned out. Here is Teresa and Sonny. They are from Northers British Columbia and came down to Edmonton to do some shopping and alone time before the baby comes. It was so great to meet them. I so wish I could do their newborn but it is WAY too far away. I’m sure he/she will be gorgeous. Good luck with everything.

I never know what to say…. not much I need to say here. She is gorgeous-the pictures say it all. Next week I’m heading down to Utah for BYU Women’s Conference for 2 days and then going to a couple different photography workshops that I’m so so so excited about. I’m sure to come back with some awesome new knowledge to bring to my clients. I’m getting Jessica from Bellarose Photography to take my pictures. LOL It should be interesting. I had the privilege of photographing this cute family. Can you believe that she is due with her second girl any day now? What a blessing it is to have a baby at Christmas time. It really brings to life the Spirit of Christmas and the Celebration of Christ’s Birth. Can you believe that there are only 12 days til Christmas?? You ready? I’m excited to spend time with family and friends. Enjoy the Season.

This Family I know through the Church that I attend, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I have ever only seen 2 of  their girls as the others don’t live at home any more. When I saw them all walking in the door for the shoot- I was so amazed that they had so many girlies and they all seem so close. I can’t even imagine what their house was like growing up with all those hormones. Beautiful girls with sweet personalities. It was a pleasure to photograph them.

Ok. Rochelle, the baby above, her mom came up with this “bat girl” outfit. How darling is that. She makes/sews blankets, soother straps, custom car seat bags, taggie blankets… really anything under the sun to do with fabric, she can make it and it is ADORABLE. HAHA. This picture makes me laugh. He is not impressed with the outfit or the box. Nice box. lol. He is not a cucumber but a hamburger-just brought it home with food from costco and it was sitting in the basement by my shooting stuff. It kept him still for about … uh… 1 second.

THis is my sweet, sensitive boy. Don’t know why the animals got into the picture but they did. This is Q-bear from Kindergarten. Each child in the class gets to bring it home once and take pictures and write a story about their weekend with Q-Bear. I wonder if he ever gets a bath? lol. I should have given him one.
This is my son Rylen and his MEAN face. He is really the sweetest thing ever (although lately he has been kind of a rat). He HATES halloween and the costume thing. I can’t even bribe him with candy to get into a costume. This year he actually didn’t care if he was a football player. He was so cute and collected a lot of candy (yay for me!)

Becky just turned 40! Can you believe it?! If I look as good as her when I’m 40, holy, count my blessings! Beautiful Girl eh? She came for her session on her 40th Birthday. She thought it would be something fun to do. I hope I made all your wildest dreams come true becky! lol. You are such a great girl. She has ALL boys as well, just like me. I love my boys and hers are so handsome as well. Her hair is so gorgeous as well. I used to have super curly hair just like this (but red) and it all disappeared with having kids. I used to complain about it but I wish for it back everyday. Happy Birthday Becky! Hope you love em.
